Ground Beef &Gochujang BroFF

Ingredients
For BROFF
84g Gochujang
226g Low Fat Cottage Cheese
670g Chicken Broth
For Crispy Beef
1 pound Ground Beef
42g Honey
28g Soy Sauce
28g Rice Vinegar
12g Toasted Sesame Oil
18g Doenjang or Miso
4 Green Onion whites
For Serving
1 bag of TJ’s Frozen Jasmine Rice
Cucumbers
Sliced Green Onion
Toasted Sesame Seeds
Instructions
Blend the cottage cheese, broff, and gochujang together. Strain and add to a saucepan over low heat
Brown the beef
While the beef browns, mix:
1 pound Ground Beef
2 Tablespoons Honey
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
18g Doenjang
Add the sauce to the cooked beef, stir together
Microwave the frozen steamed rice
To serve: Rice in, Beef on top, Broff in, cucumbers, green onions, sesame seeds on top.
